Welcome to the Super Babes 21 Day Challenge!
The Super Babes program is designed with the goal to empower you to be your best self, through actionable steps we'll guide you through weekly home workouts, nutrition, gratitude & mindset as well scheduling time just for YOU.
The program is centered around 6 main components:
1) Home Workouts - 3x weekly beginner workouts: 1 workout per week taken by our head trainer Reuben, and 2x home workouts guided by me.
2) Nutrition - Implementing our tried & tested nutrition program to help fuel your mind and body.
3) Gratitude & Mindfulness - Daily gratitude practice, our Super Babes Workbook is included in the ToolKit.
4) Accountability Group - A beautiful place for guidance and support, I’ll assist you in staying accountable and motivated, along with our other Super Babes.
5) You Time - Structuring in ‘You Time’ each day (with actionable steps to achieve this)
6) Super Challenge - There will be 1 Super Project to complete each week.
SUPER WEEKLY CHALLENGE
As part of the program, you'll complete 1 SUPER CHALLENGE per week, our Super Challenges are designed to help build on your self-control, self-love, self-confidence, and character - because we grow outside our comfort zone :) Don't worry we won't be jumping out of planes (just yet!)
